What We Do
We design and fabricate custom jewelry from scratch. Every piece starts with a conversation about what you have in mind — the occasion, the person it's for, any ideas you're already drawn to. From there we build a design direction, move to stone selection, and show you a mockup before any stone is purchased.
Whether you prefer lab or natural stones is entirely your call. We'll walk you through what each option means for the design and the budget.

How It Works
Tell us about the piece — the occasion, who it's for, any ideas or references you're drawn to. No detail is too small. This conversation shapes everything that follows.
We put together a design direction based on your brief. You give us feedback and we refine. Two revisions are included — third onward is billed.
Lab or natural — your preference. We walk you through options for the design and budget. No stone is purchased until you've seen and approved a mockup.
You see the design before any stone is purchased. This is the point of no return — once you approve the mockup and stone purchase, fabrication begins.
We build the piece. You're kept informed as it progresses. No surprises.
Fully insured, overnight, with photography. The same standards as our watch shipments.
Terms
Two revisions included in the design phase. Third revision onward is billed at an agreed rate.
Once you approve the mockup and we purchase the stone, fabrication begins. This step is acknowledged in writing before we proceed.
No refunds after the stone is purchased. This is standard in bespoke fabrication — the piece is made for you specifically.
Lab-grown or natural stones, your choice. We'll explain the trade-offs for your specific design before you decide.
Wire transfer only. Balance due before delivery. Shipping is fully insured overnight, included.
We respond to every inquiry within 24 hours. The design process begins when we've talked through your brief.
