If we can source the piece, we'll send a quote with price and a deposit amount. If we can't, we'll tell you that too. We always respond — no leaving you waiting.
A deposit of $500 minimum secures the sourcing effort. Non-refundable if you cancel — but if we can't find the piece, your deposit is refunded in full. No risk on our failure.
